We hope you’re doing well. This message to keep you updated on when you will receive your Bounce tube(s). We know we have accumulated a lot of delay and we wanted to apologize for this. We have finally been able to stabilize the production which has been a real rollercoaster in the past few months.
We now have a much more clear view on when you will receive your tube based on when you have ordered. You can find here the week when your tube is going to be shipped. As you can see, this depends on when you ordered it.
Again, we deeply apologize for this delay as we know you wanted to get your tube(s) earlier. We will be sharing pictures and videos on social media with the first large shipments.
We really can’t wait for you to get it as we’re very convinced that you’ll enjoy it big time.
